Shipping and Returns

The RAAF AAHC is a part time organisation, with our staff mainly working on a Tuesday and Thursday during the week. Therefore please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

We use Australia Post as our primary courier. Prepaid AusPost Parcel Bags are used and all prices quoted on our website are from the AusPost API.

Delivery time frames once the item has been provided to AusPost is based on their standard delivery times. Please refer to the AusPost website for more details regarding these timeframes.

In certain circumstances, we may choose to use an alternative freight company to fulfil your order.

Large Orders

If the quoted shipping cost on the website exceeds $18.95 (which is the Extra Large AusPost Parcel Bag), and seems higher than you expected, you are welcome to email us at shop@raafamberleyheritage.gov.au for a second quote.

Please advise what items you are wishing to order in your email and we will then request a quote for you from an alternative courier.

If you are happy with the quoted shipping amount, we will create an order and provide you a link to complete payment.
